Fried Carp with Red Pepper and Garlic

- 4 Slice carp
- 3 Table spoon (tbsp) flour
- 2 Tea spoon (tsp) sweet paprika powder
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) garlic flakes
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) black pepper grated
- 1 Decilitre (dl) oil
Instructions
Carp is prefered at christmas table however this simple way is easy to prepare every day. Mix the spices and flour in a flat plate. Spin (push) the carp slices in it, should be completely covered with flour. Heat the oil on frying pan and roast the carp slices for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Serve with mashed potatos and compote.
