Grilled Tilapia with Sweet Paprika and Garlic

- 1 Piece tilapia fillet
- 3 Peck garlic powder
- 3 Peck salt
- 1 Peck white pepper
- 4 Peck sweet paprika powder
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) oil
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) butter
Instructions
Great combination the sweet paprika and garlic and fits to fish fillet. This is an easy and economical fish recipe. To prepare the fish, heat a large nonstick grill pan over medium-high heat. Combine oil and butter than season the tilapia fillet with salt and pepper.Cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. Than sprinkle with garlic powder and sweet paprika powder the top of fillet and continously sprinkle with buttery cooking juice and cook approx 5 minutes. Serve immediately with boiled potato or fresh green salad.
