Fried Carp with Sour Cream and Paprika

- CARP
- 5 Piece carp fillets, cleaned
- 5 Table spoon (tbsp) sour cream
- 2 Tea spoon (tsp) sweet paprika powder
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) garlic powder
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- POTATO
- 50 Dekagram (dkg) potato
- 1 Piece onion
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) oil
Instructions
CARP
This fried carp is cooked in oven with potato bed. You need to buy cleaned carp fillets and the cooking method is very easy. Salt the carp first and set aside. Preheat the oven to 1801 C degree. Just mix the sour cream, sweet paprika and garlic with a peck of salt.
POTATO
Peel and sliece the potato and onion, place into heat resistant glass pot, salt it and add a table spoon oil. Mix well than place the carps on top and cook in the oven 25 minutes. Grease the carp fillets with sour cream mixture and continue cooking 15 minutes until getting light brown. Serve hot with pickles if you like. You can add chili into the sour cream if you like the hot.
