Teriyaki Cod Fish

- 1 Piece cod fish (or salmon)
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) brown sugar
- 1 Peck salt
- 2 Piece garlic powder
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) soy sauce
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) oil
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) mirin
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) rice (or balsamic) vinegar
Instructions
Teriyaki sauce can be used in many non-traditional ways as a marinade or sauce for hamburgers and steaks and even for sausages and perfect for cod fish, salmon or any type of white fish.
Prepare the marinade from sugar, salt, soy sauce, condiments, vinegar and mirin. Heat the oil in a medium sized fying pan and start to toast the cod fish on highest heat. Bake one side of fish for 2 minutes than turn up carefully and add marinade. Continue baking and frequently sprinkle with cooking juice as teriyaki sauce. Cook it for 15 minutes until the fish is so! and cooking juice reduced, in last 1-2 minutes make a crispy crust for the fish. Serve hot with sticky rice or sandwich.
