Classic Greek Salad

- 2 Piece tomato
- 1 Piece red onion medium
- 2 Piece cucumber medium
- 1 Piece green pepper
- 2 Table spoon (tbsp) extra vergin olive oil
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) red vine vinegar
- 1 Peck salt
- 1 Peck black pepper grounded
- 10 Piece kalamata olives (or green)
- 20 Dekagram (dkg) feta cheese, cubed
- 2 Peck dried oregano
Instructions
All the medium sized vegetables cubed for same size and chop the onion to thin slices. Add tomatoes, onion, cucumber, green pepper. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Toss to combine. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Garnish with black or green olives and feta. Preferable you can garnish with dried oregano or other fresh herbs such as parsely or dill. Do not store for hours in refrigerator because the cucumber will leaks. If you have to prepare before eating by hours just add the vinegar and salt only before serving.
