Cornflakes Salad

- 1 Piece iceberg salad
- 2 Piece red onion
- 1 Piece green or red paprika
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) grape seed oil
- 2 Tea spoon (tsp) balsamic vinegar
- 10 Dekagram (dkg) feta cheese
- 4 Table spoon (tbsp) cornflakes
Instructions
This is a crispy fresh salad, perfect vegetarian dinner. Slice the onion and paprika thin rings, tear the salad, add the oil and vinegar and mix them. Cut the cheese into small cubes, strew the salad with and add the cornflakes too. Loosely mix up and serve immediately otherwise the cornflakes will lost its crispness. It is filling salad no need to serve meet with.
