Spicy chicken wings

- 50 Dekagram (dkg) chicken wings
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 2 Table spoon (tbsp) honey
- 3 Table spoon (tbsp) ketchup
- 1 Peck grated black pepper
- 3 Piece garlic cloves
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) chili powder (optional)
Instructions
Chicken wings are usually prepared with honey glase but I love the chili so tried with spicy souce. The process is simple, chop the garlic small pieces and mix with salt, pepper, honey, ketchup, and chilli. Grease the wings with souse and put into refrigerator at least for 1-2 hours. I used to fry in heat-resistant glass dish under cover for 45 minutes on 160 degree.
