Paprika Chicken

- 50 Dekagram (dkg) chicken wings, back bone and neck
- 1 Piece onion
- 2 Piece garlic cloves
- 2 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) sweet paprika powder
- 2 Peck white pepper
- 4 Piece potato
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) oil
Instructions
A traditional Hungarian dish, paprika chicken is a stew of chicken flavored with paprika and cooked with potato together. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté on hot oil wit a peck of salt. Once the onion getting gold bown add the chicken, salt and pepper and continue toasting until the meat is white. Remove from heat and add the sweet paprika, stir well and add enough water to cover the meat. Bring to the boil and cook on reduced heat for 30 minutes. Quarter the peeled potato and add to the paprika chicken, add enough water to cover if needs. Cook until the potato and chicken so!. Serve hot with fresh bread and pickles.
