- DOUGH
- 1 Kilogram (kg) flour
- 1 Piece egg
- 3 Decilitre (dl) sour cream
- 2 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 4 Decilitre (dl) milk
- 3 Dekagram (dkg) yeast
- 1 Peck sugar
- 1 Litre (l) vegetable oil for frying!
- FLAVORING
- 5 Decilitre (dl) sour cream
- 5 Piece garlic cloves
- 20 Dekagram (dkg) cheese grated

DOUGH
Langos is a traditional yeast cake used to eat mainly in markets and plage, but you can prepare easily at home as well.
Put the yeast and a peck of sugar into 1 dl tepid milk for 5 minutes. The remaining ingredients (except oil) just mass in a bowl and add the yeast mix as well. Knead the dough, cover it hermetically and put into refrigerator for 2 hours. Therea!er put some oil to your hands, take small balls and form, pull pies. Meanwhile heat plenty of oil for maximum degree and bake this pie formed dough very fast. Side by side approx 1-1 minutes, take care because easy to get burned. The remaining yeast cake you can take refrigerator for some days.
FLAVORING
Serve the hot ‘langos’, so practically you need to prepare the flavoring while the dough is rising. Crush the garlic and grease on top of the fried cake and of course salt it. To taste you may add sour cream and cheese as well.
