Apple Pancake With Cinnamon

- 50 Dekagram (dkg) flour
- 1 Litre (l) milk
- 4 Piece eggs
- 7 Gram (g) yeast dry
- 4 Piece apple middle size, sour
- 1 Piece grated lemon peel
- 2 Tea spoon (tsp) caster sugar
- 1 Peck salt
- 1 Decilitre (dl) water (if needed)
Instructions
Pancake is good to be served with cinnamon and icing sugar, very good second cours to meat soups on weekdays.
Beat the eggs and add yeast, salt, sugar, lemon peel and milk – flour gradually. Cover and put warm place for an hour. A!er it rises, bake it on some drop of oil.
