Cocoa Pancake with Apricot Jam

- 1 Piece egg
- 3 Decilitre (dl) sparkling water
- 10 Dekagram (dkg) flour
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) cocoa powder
- 1 Peck salt
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) sugar
- 5 Tea spoon (tsp) apricot jam
Instructions
Pancake is a variable dessert and you may prepare at every time of day. This is a new idea to add coca not to the filling but to the batter. In that way you can vary the filling with red fruits or any type of jam. So mix in a bowl first the egg with 1-2 tablespoon flour than gradually add the water and remaining water, at the end add the salt and sugar and you can start to bake it in a griddle with some drop of oil first. You will get 5 piece of pancake from 1 piece of egg, so you can multiple the ingredients if yo want to have more pancake.
