- 15 Dekagram (dkg) flour
- 75 Gram (g) tender butter
- 1 Piece rosemary
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) olive oil
Instructions
Preparing biscuits is not so di!icult only 5 ingredients and you may be creative with added spices reaching individual savour. Put the salt and flour in a vessel and mix them, a”er that add the butter and small pieces cut rosemary. Crumple the dough extensively while disperse the butter consistently, if it needs add some drop of olive oil getting. Put the kneaded dough in a nylon bag and form a roller from it. Needs to respire in the fridge approx. 20 minutes, while the butter harden.
After that cut a 2 mm thick slices from a roller and put on wax paper. The oven is heated 180 Celsius degree and bake the biscuits 10 minutes. You can vary easily with other herbs and spices like thyme, mustard, garlic or chilli.
