- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) butter
- 1 Peck salt

This mix of berry sauce has become a fast favorite. It takes less than 20 minutes to make, and livens up everything from pancakes and wa!les to ice cream and especially to roasted meats like duck or spare ribs. I used here mix of pitted sour cherry, raspberry, strawberry and red currant. In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries with honey and butter. Bring to a boil than reduce to a simmer, and cook until most of the berries have burst, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and roasted, grilled cuts.
