Porchetta with Balsamic Aragula and Ramsons

- 2 Slice porchetta (cooked bacon)
- 1 Piece bread roll
- 1 Piece aragula, handful
- 1 Piece ramson leaf
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) balsamic cream
Instructions
This simple sandwich combines the moist and juicy porchetta with the sweet and sour balsamic cream added peppery arugula and garlic flavored ramsons (wild garlic). Half the rolls, and toast it if you like, optionally you can sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil. Place the porchetta and aragula sprinkle with balsamic cram and cover with ramson leaves. Place the other half of the roll on top before eating.
