Lemon Icecream

- 3 Piece lemon
- 1 Decilitre (dl) heavy cream
- 3 Decilitre (dl) milk
- 2 Decilitre (dl) sour cream
- 20 Dekagram (dkg) sugar
Instructions
This is a fresh icecream you can prepare without machine and cooking. First gain the juice from lemons and whisk the heavy cream. Mix the juice, milk, sour cream and dissolve the sugar in it. Than add the whipped cream too. The cooling process is the next: put this mixture into a box and frost it in refrigerator for an hour than stir it with a fork. Keep in frosting refrigerator again for 4 hours and repeat the stirring hourly. Serve it with candied lemon slices.
