Avocado Ice cream

- 1 Piece avocado
- 2 Table spoon (tbsp) sugar
- 2 Decilitre (dl) yogurt
- 1 Decilitre (dl) milk
- 1 Peck salt
Instructions
This is a fresh icecream you can prepare without machine and cooking. First peel the avocado and blend with 1 dl of yogurt getting a so! cream. Than add the sugar, milk and remaining yogurt and blend it until the sugar dissolved. The cooling process is the next: put this mixture into a box and frost it in refrigerator for an hour than stir it with a fork. Keep in frosting refrigerator again for 4-5 hours and repeat the stirring hourly. The taste is similar to pears very tasty.
