Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

- 50 Dekagram (dkg) asparagus
- 25 Dekagram (dkg) bacon
- 1 ounce jar roasted red peppers, draine
- olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ teaspoon salt (more to taste)
Instructions
This is a warm appetizer you may prepare quickly and very delicious. Wash and trim asparagus spears steam them up to 8 minutes and avoid over cooking asparagus. From 3-4 asparagus make a roll and wrap with strip bacon around each asparagus spear, leaving tip and end exposed. Lay on a cookie sheet with sides and strew eith garlic. Bake in a preheated 160 Celsius degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bacon is browned. Serve warm or at room temperature.
