- 500 Gram (g) crushed biscuits
- 250 Gram (g) jam (apricots or cherry)
- 100 Gram (g) icing sugar
- 50 Gram (g) cocoa powder
- 3 Drop rum flavor (optional)
- 20 Piece preserved sour cherry (optional)
- 200 Gram (g) grated coconut
Instructions
This is a no cook cake and prepared without milk. You need to buy crushed biscuits, or use buscuits and crush it with a blender near to bread crumbs sized. Add the jam sugar, cocoa and rum flavour and knead your hands. If necessary add some tablespoon liquid from sour cherry compote. Form 2 cm balls and place a pitted cherry in middle of each balls. Immediately roll the balls in coconut and ready to serve. If you prepare this mainly for children you can leave the rum flavoring. Best to store in refrigerator under cover but generally run out half of the balls before guests arrive.
