Homemade Mint Lemon Syrup

- 1 Cup mint fresh
- 2 Piece lemon
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 Cup water
Instructions
This syrup may be base of coctails or just a fresh lemonade you need on hot days. Cut the mint leaves and slice the lemon, pur o! with hot water and set aside for half a day. Filter the mixture and add the sugar to liquid. Put on a medium heat, a”er the sugar dissolved cook it approx 15 minutes on reduced boiling. Fill in preheated glasses (7dl), cover with a coat and let it cool for a day. You should store in refrigerator, because no added preservative. Very good base for mojito coctails or you can serve with fresh mint, lemon and orange like a limonade.
