Herbal Spicy Crouton

- 2 Slice stale bread
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) butter
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) herb mix (parsley, dill, chives, cress, sorrel, borage, pimpinella)
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 2 Peck black pepper
Instructions
This crouton is perfect to salads and side dish to grilled meats. However could be a tasty snack as well.Cut the bread for crouton size and toast it on butter with salt and ground black pepper. Once it is browned remove from heat and strew with herb mix. Don’t fry the herbs because it would become dry.
