- 40 Dekagram (dkg) lentil can
- 20 Dekagram (dkg) cooked chicken (breast or drumstick)
- 3 Decilitre (dl) yogurt
- 3 Peck salt
- 2 Peck black pepper grounded
- 3 Table spoon (tbsp) parsely chopped
- 1 Piece spring onion
Instructions
This is a very easy summer meat salad prepared from fresh parsely and yogurt. Cook the chicken in meat soup and cut it for slamm pieces. Prepare the dressing from yougurt, spices and herbs and add to lentil and meat, mix it. Put into refrigerator for and hour and you can serve it.
