Instructions
Traditional Olivier or Russian salad we know today is made using potatoes, eggs, meat, peas, pickles and mayo – I guess you can call it a fancy potato salad. Each family has their own favorite way of making this salad and it’s the variation and the amount of each ingredient that make it unique from family to family. I made this very easy just from few ingredients. I used the cooked meet remained from weekend and decided to give some flavour. Clean the boiled potato and eggs and cut small, same size pieces as cucumber pickles and meat too. Make the sauce from sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, add the lemon juice and mix with meat, egg, potato and cucumber. If you have you can add green pees and parsely. Put into refrigerator for an hour and serve with toast.
