Raisin and Onion Marmalade

- 2 Piece big onion
- 3 Table spoon (tbsp) raisin
- 2 Table spoon (tbsp) vinegar
- 1 Peck saltr
- 3 Table spoon (tbsp) sugar
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) oil
Instructions
Slice the onion and start to braise it on oil, a!er some minutes add sugar and make it caramelized. When it turn to light brown add the vinegar and just some tablespoon water, the raisin and salt. It needs to cook till the onion is mushy (15- 25 minutes). This is a sweet-sour side dish of roast meets however very tasty itself too. I used to prepare to slow cook ducks.
