Bacon Wrapped Chicken Livers

- 50 Dekagram (dkg) chicken liver
- 25 Dekagram (dkg) bacon
- 2 Tea spoon (tsp) garlic flakes
Instructions
This is a warm appetizer you may serve with green salad or risotto. Cut the bacon strips in half. Wash and pat dry livers. Sprinkle livers with garlic flakes if using. Wrap each liver in a halved slice of bacon and place livers on a baking rack or sheet and roast 6-8 minutes on 180 degree. Remove and serve hot with salad, mashed potato or risotto.
