Horseradish Cream

- 3 Table spoon (tbsp) grated horseradish
- 3 Table spoon (tbsp) lemon juice
- 1 Peck salt
- 2 Tea spoon (tsp) sugar
- 1 Decilitre (dl) heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon salt (more to taste)
Instructions
Trout, pork, and greens with the spicy bite of horseradish is a beautiful combination. This soft and creamy horseradish can be prepared easily. In a bowl, combine the grated horseradish, salt, sugar and the lemon juice. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes than add to the whipped cream and serve it freshly.
