Zucchini Scrambled Eggs

- 1 Piece zucchini
- 1 Piece red onion
- 5 Dekagram (dkg) bacon
- 3 Piece egg
Instructions
This is a simple veggies scrumbled egg recipe. First roast the sliced bacon, remove from the fat and continue to toast the sliced onion, if needed add a tablespoon olive oil and add the zucchini slices as well. Toast approx 10 minutes while scrumble the eggs. Bake the eggs and add the roasted bacon, season with salt and grounded pepper as you like.
