Red Onion Pickles

- 2 Piece red onion
- 2 Table spoon (tbsp) vinegar
- 1 Table spoon (tbsp) sugar
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 1 Decilitre (dl) water
- ½ teaspoon salt (more to taste)
Instructions
Slice the onion and put into a bowl and salt it. After 5 minutes add the sugar and vinegar and water. Mix it and put into refrigerator for an hour. Stir it sometimes to melt the sugar. I used to serve to boiled potato and sausage.
