- 50 Dekagram (dkg) pork chop or leg of pork
- 20 Dekagram (dkg) smoked bacon
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) Ground pepper
- 2 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 7 Piece garlic cloves
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) sweet paprika powderugar
- 2 Table spoon (tbsp) oil or pork fat
Instructions
Tasty and spicy roast pork recipe, gypsy style pork steak is ideal for a rustic lunch, when you want something original and authentic Hungarian taste. Cut the chop on finger’s thick slices and tenderize them. Chop the garlic in small pieces and mix them up in a dish with 5-6 tablespoon oil and add salt and grounded pepper. Spread both sides of the meat slices with this mixture. Leave the mea in the fridge for at least an hour. Cut the bacon in thin slices. Hack the top of them and finally fry the smoked bacons. If they are ready, sprinkle some red paprika on them. A!er the bacon is ready, add 1-2 tablespoon oil in frying pan and fry the meats both sides around 45 minutes. Cover the pan and fry them until light brown on medium heat. Sprinke the meats with sweet paprika powder too, garnish each slises with a cut of bacon and serve with frensh fries or mashed potato, pickles or cucumber salad. If you love the spicy flavour just serve with chili cream on top of pork slices.
