Ramsons Cream Soup

- 15 Dekagram (dkg) ramsons
- 1 Piece onion
- 2 Table spoon (tbsp) vegetable oil
- 2 Decilitre (dl) heavy cream
- 2 Decilitre (dl) water
- 2 Decilitre (dl) milk
- 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
- 2 Peck pepper
- 2 Piece garlic cloves3 Tea spoon (tsp) parmigiano reggiano, grated
Instructions
Ramsons is a seasonal herb and a common known food is the soup made from it. This is similar to the french onion soup, creamy and I used to serve with toast. First chop the onion and garlic and braise on oil, add the salt and pepper and liquefy with milk and heavy cream and water. Cook it for 15 minutes ad once the onion is so! remove from the heat and blend it smoothy. Add the chopped ramsons and cook it for 5 minutes.
